A responsible developer, Todd and his brother Mike have built some of the most successful developments in North Carolina by adhering to this client-centric philosophy. A devoted husband and father of three, Todd is proud to live and work in this vibrant area.
Mike BlackLong before Fall Creek Land Company co-owner Mike Black ever sold North Carolina mountain property, he fell in love with the outdoors. After obtaining a forestry degree from Paul Smith’s College in the Adirondack Mountains, he managed large timber tracts – an outdoor venture that kept him in his element. By 1987, it was time for a change. He became a land acqisition specialist for a large real estate firm, and his brother Todd took a sales position with the same company. Within a few years, the Black brothers set their sights on North Carolina. For 10 years, Mike has guided Carolina converts toward mountain land and the outdoor allure that goes along with it. He marvels at the ever-changing “moods” of the Blue Ridge Mountains and relishes working among family and friends. Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, canoeing, and spending time with his wife and five children.
